exhaustion -- how spent you are (same story as score Stamina)

How you play
  1. needs / score rest bar empty means stamina down
  2. rest awake recovery -- eases weariness slowly
  3. sleep on a bed -- multi-hour recovery (help lodging)
  4. wake stop resting / sleeping

On needs this meter is labeled rest -- a full green bar means rested; an empty red bar means exhausted. Score Stamina is the other face of this meter -- remaining effort -- not a second pool. Train, spar, and fight drain rest; at stock real-time pace, steady training or sparring montage lasts about eight hours before SEEK soft-locks grind verbs, and a realistic off-and-on fight day lasts about twelve to fourteen hours. Walking around inside towns and settlements (streets, shops, bunker rooms, landmark gate micro-grids) does not drain rest -- same as driving. Open America wilderness hikes still cost effort per step (help vehicles). Online idle awake is much slower (~48 game-hours to SEEK). Cadence townsfolk / Echoes still tire on a ~12 game-hour hunt-night clock while idle. Sleep on a bed clears it over several game-hours; rest eases it more slowly.

Score Focus is your combat Focus pool (Magic / FOC capacity) -- unrelated. See help focus / help energy.

Gain pacing (train / spar chances vs fully present online)
  Online present 100%
  Idlemode 60%
  Offline Echo 35%

While rest is low (SEEK+), attack / spar / train and similar grind verbs can refuse until you recover. Homesick away from home accelerates weariness; critical belonging + spent effort sends Echoes home
(help needs | help cadence).
