Usage: command How you play 1. help clash — read this page 2. clash when your sheet and room gates match the blurb below 3. clash -- when two ultimates collide clash -- when two ultimates collide There is no command for this -- a Clash happens on its own when you and your foe both unleash (help unleash) at each other on the very same tick. Instead of two strikes landing, the ultimates slam into each other and the fight suspends for a three-beat beam-struggle: the collision, the struggle, and the resolution. Who wins is a contest of raw power poured into the beam: - how much of your Origin resource you still have (the thing being burned), - your overall strength (all your stats together, not just one), and - how full your Momentum was when you unleashed. It is deliberately NOT a check of any single stat -- a fast, precise fighter and a heavy hitter of equal overall strength stand equal odds in a Clash. The stakes are total. Both of you spend all your Momentum and your resource no matter what. The loser then eats the winner's ultimate in full and is left tapped out and staggered -- a Clash can absolutely drop you. If the two of you are too evenly matched, neither wins: the struggle burns out and throws you both apart, spent to empty. If instead of unleashing back you simply guard into the incoming ultimate, you can try to turn it -- see help perfectguard. See also: help unleash | help tactics | help combat | help perfectguard
