giveup -- while helpless, accept clinic aides sooner

How you play
  1. While [KO], [INCAP], or [DMB] helpless: giveup (aliases: yield, mercy)
  2. Hang on through the short remaining window
  3. On timeout: clinic rush (or stand-recover if clinic is not available)

After a combat drop you lie helpless for about a minute and a half while the winner chooses clinic, a lethal finish, or walks away. Dead man's blood or a wrong-method immortal stun ([DMB] / [INCAP]) can leave you down much longer while finishers keep trying. giveup tells the world you are done fighting the dark: the wait shrinks to a short remaining window (~20 seconds) so colocated foes can still finish you, then aides rush you to Lebanon Hospital the same way a normal KO timeout does.

While you are down you can still look around, check sheets (score, inventory, who), type ooc or private tell / reply, file bug / suggest, and giveup. You cannot walk, fight, work, or speak in the room (say / emote stay closed -- your body is out).

giveup never stands you at 1 HP -- that is aid from a friend. It never skips the finish window entirely.

When an NPC, Echo, or Accord Cleaner is lining up a killing finish or containment bag, the room warns how many seconds remain (~3–18s) so allies can intervene, you can giveup, or you can evacuate a vessel before they act.
