Look shows a shadowy figure only. Who omits you into Unknown Count while hood, mask, or cloak shroud is up (even immersion cast -- fiction wins). This is not supernatural guise (help form) and not God mortal conceal (help conceal). While concealed in town, civilians react with disturbing-the-peace unease (arrest heat) -- not Monster! panic or Elysian Accord breach -- until your veil drops. At high arrest heat, deputies seek you, demand you submit (`submit`), or force `unmask` -- then mortal law or masquerade fallout applies to what they see.
