comms -- speech channels (say, tell, OOC, questions, oocmail, staff nets)

Talk in the room, whisper across the world, or chat out-of-character with everyone online. Bare say / tell / ooc / questions always show a short recent history
(about 20 lines) -- not a forever log.

How you play
  1. say <message> -- speak to everyone in this room.
  2. say -- replay the last lines spoken here.
  3. tell <name> <msg> -- private whisper anywhere.
  4. tell -- replay your last tell lines.
  5. ooc <message> -- global out-of-character chat (social).
  6. ooc -- replay the last OOC lines, numbered (help ooc).
  7. replay ooc 12 -- reprint one numbered OOC line (help replay).
  8. questions <message> -- global player-help questions (how do I play?).
  9. questions -- replay recent question lines, numbered (help questions).
  10. replay questions 12 -- reprint one numbered questions line.
  11. oocmail send <name> <text> -- persisted OOC letters (help oocmail).
  12. rpseek / rpwhere -- looking-for-RP directory (help rpseek).

When to report vs ask
questions / query -- how to play, where to go, what to type bug -- crashes and broken behavior (help bug) suggest -- feature ideas (help suggest) typo -- copy mistakes in rooms or help (help typo)

Player public channels: chans create <name> <verb> [title] then type the verb (help chans).
Ignore an account on OOC/public nets only: mute <name> (help mute).
Staff freeze still lets you ooc, replay, questions, rpseek, rpwhere, and tell. Staff mute is what closes say, tell, whisper, ooc, emote, and questions.

Staff may add custom global channels (vampire net, faction radio, …).
Type the channel verb they give you, or the bare verb for history.
