How you play 1. query <your question> -- open a ticket (you get a number back) 2. queryread <id> -- read the full thread 3. querycomment <id> <text> -- add a follow-up Helpers and staff also use querylist, querycomment, and queryclose (help answers). Opening a query also posts a short line on the questions channel. When a helper replies while you are offline, you get a login notice (separate from bug thank-you credit).
