dmb -- dead man's blood (vampire toxin, not a kill)

Blood drawn from a corpse seizes a vampire. They drop helpless even at full strength. It does NOT finish them -- behead or living fire still does that (help incap). They stay down until someone gives them living blood, you treat them, or about fifteen minutes pass.

How you play
  1. Buy, craft, or tap a corpse (weapons shops, pawn, Ash Garage, `tap <body>`).
     Bulk-load at a workshop: `prepare dmb_9mm 5` or `craft iron_rounds_9mm 3` (help craft).
  2. inject <name> syringe, same room (too far in a gunfight? close in)
  3. splash <name> hurl the vial across the room
  4. coat [weapon] smear the next melee hit (blade / stake, not a gun) coat stake + stake <vampire> also seizes them at any health
  5. spike <drink> doctor a blood bag or mug; a vampire who drinks it drops
  6. reload dmb seat Dead Man's Blood ammo in a matching gun
  7. reload darts load a hunter blowgun (quiet, one dart)

Guns: 9mm, 12ga, .45, .44, .308, and 5.56 all have DMB loads. A connecting shot seizes a vampire; silver still finishes shifters, salt still bites spirits -- DMB is the vampire-stun load only.

Getting them up (allies / captives)
give <blood bag> to <name> living blood burns the dose out
treat <name> first aid flushes it
Or wait -- the blood wears off on its own.
